# Setting Region Features

## Setting Local Chat Feature

Sent messages will only be visible to players inside the region.

`//r <feature/f> <chat/c> <RegionName/$> <on/off>`

## Setting Block Features

Non-members of the region will not be able to enter the region.

`//r <feature/f> lock <RegionName/$> <on/off>`

## Setting Region Perma Buffs

Buffs are applied automatically every five seconds.

`//r <feature/f> <buff/b> <RegionName/$> <add/+/del/-/clear> [BuffNameOrID] [BuffNameOrID] ...`

## Setting the Natural Cave Background Feature

## Setting Time Freeze Feature
