We wanted to close out the year of 2024 strong, with the December 2024 PvE Challenge and with the addition of a PvP Challenge.
Remember, just like previous months, inventories reset as a new challenge begins. Basically, this is done to prevent people from easily clearing the challenge within minutes of resuming a previous playthrough.
Challenges for December 2024
Main Challenge (Banners)
Collect all Ice Biome themed banners listed in the wiki page here or in the image on the right
Reward: 500 Penguin Points.

Collect at least 150 souls listed in the wiki page here. You must get at least 20 souls per type, but 150 in total.

December 2024 PvE PvP Challenge
This month, we are hosting another PvP Challenge! Basically, these challenges are hosted every other month, and for December we have a new gimmick featured. Any items that have a base sell value of over 1 gold are not allowed. In addition, any items that inflict the Acid Venom or Cursed Flames debuffs are not allowed, in addition to summon/hitscan weapons.
Also, the PvP event will be hosted in the arena pictured above. Furthermore, all warps will be blocked off for the event. However, if you feel like any item in this challenge should be banned for being too overpowered or for any reason, don’t hesitate to reach out to Mailguin to suggest a ban for this event. The event will be hosted at the end of the month, and a time poll for when the event will be hosted will be posted on our discord roughly 2 weeks ahead of the event.
