Summer may be coming to a close, however, we have the August 2024 PvE Challenge to close it out strong!
Remember, just like previous months, inventories reset as a new challenge begins. Basically, this is done to prevent people from easily clearing the challenge within minutes of resuming a previous playthrough.
Challenges for August 2024
Main Challenge (Desert)
Collect all unique drops from the Desert biome (at least 1 of each) as listed in the picture to the right and the wiki page here!
Reward: 800 Penguin Points.

Exceptions:

Bonus Challenge (Spears)
Collect all spears listed in the wiki page here!
Reward: 900 Penguin Points
Exceptions:
- Spear
- Mushroom Spear
- North Pole
August 2024 PvP Challenge
This month, we are hosting another PvP Challenge! Basically, these challenges are hosted every other month, and for August we have a new gimmick featured. Any items that can only be obtained via crafting, are not allowed. In addition, any items that inflict the venom, cursed flames, or ichor debuff are not allowed. However, to clarify further, crafted items that can also be dropped from enemies are allowed (For example, Greater Healing Potions).
Also, the PvP event will be hosted in the arena pictured above. Furthermore, all warps will be blocked off for the event. However, if you feel like any item in this challenge should be banned for being too overpowered or for any reason, don’t hesitate to reach out to Mailguin to suggest a ban for this event. The event will be hosted at the end of the month, and a time poll for when the event will be hosted will be posted on our discord roughly 2 weeks ahead of the event.
