Hope you’re not too worn out from the Summer heat, we have a brand new Parkour update! It’s been quite a while since our last parkour update, our last one was all the way back in the holidays of 2023!
In this new Parkour update, you can find some new maps, par times as well as some quality of life additions! Check them out below!
Trending Maps, Reworked!

This Parkour update has made maps even more trendy! You’ll be able to find maps of varying difficulties in the trending area more often. Basically, what this means is that Beginner maps have had their weight lowered in this part of the lobby.
This is due to most maps in the trending area being the easiest maps on the server so we want to spread the love! However, we may fine tune this a bit more in the future.
New Maps!
We also have a handful of new maps in the latest Parkour update! you can find a few of them below!
Portalfactory by pow2
Trek your way through this abandoned factor. Making use of the Portal Gun Stations and momentum throughout the map will lead you to victory!

Astral by Wisp
Dash your way through this colourful alien wasteland and reach for the stars! Or well, the end of the map but you get the gist…
Mosaic by Toasty
Anyone feeling claustrophobic? I sure am! Fly your way through this thorn filled garden using a unique movement kit to reach the end!

Below, you can find the detailed list of changes in this Parkour update! We’ve got quite a handful this time around so check them out!
Additions
Summer is here & with it comes the Summer parkour lobby! Spring is so last season…
The following maps have received difficulty changes! Basically these changes are due to Soaring Inisgnia balancing made in the 1.4.4 update. However these maps also received slight jump tweaks alongside difficulty changes.
- CelestialRuins from Early Advanced to Mid Advanced
- Frozen from Early Expert to Mid Expert
The following maps have been added to Parkour!
- Dive by Toasty [Early Intermediate]
- Glide by DranGon & Pavloydus [Mid Intermediate]
- Portalfactory by pow2 [Mid Intermediate]
- Astral by Wisp [Late Advanced]
- Lilypad by Marionet & Toasty [Early Expert]
- Mosaic by Toasty [Late Expert]
The following maps have received par times!
- Slide 0:30 0:35 0:50 1:10
- Xenon 1:55 2:25 3:10 4:20
- Galactico 0:58 1:18 1:45 2:30
- Jungleruins 1:35 2:00 2:45 3:30
- Colorful 4:00 5:45 7:30 9:00
Alongside difficulty adjustments, Frozen has received some par time adjustments!
- The par times are now 1:55 2:30 3:45 5:00. Previously, they were 1:45 2:15 3:15 4:30.
Parkour replays now display a timer on the sidebar!
- This should help with watching other players’ runs and using the
/ff
command. However, it is important to note that the timer in the replays won’t perfectly match their parkour time.
Also, the following inventory changes have been made to every map!
- A Soul of Fright has been added next to the Binoculars in the hotbar! Basically, this is used to reset maps with just a click.
- Also, Binoculars should be available for every inventory now, including ones set with new items in the middle of maps. If there are still any left without them, please let us know!
- Finally, every map should have a music box! If a map doesn’t have one in it’s inventory, it’s due to the map having multiple biomes or distinct music boxes already placed!
Furthermore, the following commands have received some adjustments!
/secrets
is now page based! Basically this is due to other similar commands having pages & having too many secrets found leads to incorrect display in-game.- Also, you can now check what secrets other players have found!
- Furthermore,
/parkourmaps
now has the-difficulty
flag. This works the same as/mapsfinished
&/mapstodo
. - Finally,
/parkourmaps
has also received the-author
flag, this should help you find maps made by the same author! An example of this would be/parkourmaps -author ToastyKing
.
Finally, the Trending maps area has received some adjustments!
- Beginner maps now have penalties to lower their chances of showing up.
- Basically, this should help maps from other difficulties show up in the trending area more often.
- However, we may change this again in the future so keep an eye out!
Recently, we had an update across the server rebalancing the points. Parkour was included in this rebalancing, so here are the changes!
- Early Beginner maps now award 15 instead of 25.
- Mid Beginner maps now award 20 instead of 25.
- Late Beginner maps now award 35 instead of 50.
- Par award formula is now 5(#), 9(#), 14(#) & 20(#). Previously it was 10(#), 15(#), 19(#) & 22(#).
- Zero death bonuses have been made more standard across the board. Generally reducing the points obtained from them.
- Secret awards have been made more standard across the board. Generally reducing the points obtained from them.
An important thing to note is that players had their points adjusted retroactively. We hope we didn’t send anyone too far into debt!
That’s all for the latest Parkour update! We hope you enjoy the new maps & the quality of life additions! We’ll hopefully have more throughout the rest of the year!
But that’s not all for Parkour this month as we have a collaboration event with the official Terraria Discord coming soon! So stay tuned over at our Discord & on theirs!
